Which Beaches resorts would you recommend for family vow renewals?
Carlie: You have 3 locations Ochi Rios Jamaica, Negril Jamaica and Turks & Caicos. Each location has something different and unique. Every location is all inclusive and offer kid activities for every age. The Beaches Turks is the largest, The Negril is located on 7 miles of beach and the Ocho Rios is located in the Mountains and beach of Jamaica.

Carlie: We have planned several vow renewals for Anniversary couples. As couples are celebrating anniversaries it is popular to a vow ceremony with the family. It is an simple process to setup everything. Upon reaching out to us we will help narrow the best resort option and then the best room for you. We then we can place a complimentary HOLD for the vow renewal for the week. We will schedule for a wedding coordinator to call and discuss vow ceremony details. Everything is customizable from your cake, flowers, wedding arbor, song for walking down the aisle. Gluten, Vegan or food allergy? No problem! Beaches can customize your cake for any dietary restrictions
How many guests are generally at a family vow renewal?
Carlie: As many as you wish the more rooms you have booked the better the group promotions you receive. If you book 5 or more rooms for a vow renewal there is no cost for the wedding renewal. The vow renewal cost $300 and this includes so much; destination wedding garment bag, 15% Red Lane Spa discounts for bride and groom, ceremony location backdrops, bouquet and boutonniere, white cushioned chiavari chairs for all guests, pre-recorded music of your choice, Retie the Knot certificate, 5×7 wedding photo, reception cake – one-tiered white fondant wedding cake with dendrombim orchids (or customize your style), cocktail recepetion with sparkling wine and hors d’oeuvres, bride and groom signature cocktail, plus you get honeymoon, breakfast in bed with mimosa morning of your choice, romantic turn-down service with flower petals, and a honeymoon dinner at a specialty restaurant.
Are there any festivities to plan around the vow renewal at the resort?
Carlie: Being all inclusive you can do it all or enjoy doing nothing at all. With 5 star gourmet dining up to 16 restaurants per resort, breakfast, lunch dinner and anytime snacks.. up to 11 bars, PADI certified SCUBA diving all equipment included, snorkeling included, paddle boards, kayaks, day and night entertainment including live shows – there’s something for everyone to enjoy. What are the best ways to have your kids involved in a family vow renewal?
Carlie: Have the kids walk down the aisle with you. A sand ceremony is popular to include with the children. During the ceremony or when it is over pour the sand to represent unity together. When the ceremony is over have a family favorite song that all of you can dance together before heading over to the family reception all together. The resort can setup a private location for your reception dinner together.
Is there anything else you’d like to share about a family vow renewal?
Carlie: Returning guest at Sandals or Beaches Resorts receive a discount. So if you honeymooned at a Sandals and want to do a vow renewal with the family for an Anniversary you will get a discount. Beaches Resorts have photographers at the resort where you can purchase your photos after the vow ceremony. No additional cost to have the photographer take the photos.
