Little Lamb Baby Shower by Romance and Rust featured on Nashville Baby Guide

Little Lamb Baby Shower from Romance & Rust

Soft pinks, vintage decor and intricate details all came together in this little lamb baby shower from Romance & Rust. As the event planner and Mimi of Annalyn, Kathy of Romance & Rust wanted to make sure each element of the day was as precious as the occasion itself. Needless to say she made it happen, all with items that would later be placed into Annalyn’s nursery upon her arrival. Enjoy the moments of the celebration and see the sweet nursery that welcomed this “little lamb” and turned this family of three into a family of four!

Tell us all about the baby shower! Where it took place, who was there, etc.!

Kathy: The baby shower honoring sweet Annalyn Grace was at The Chapel at Three Oaks in Gallatin TN. Their closest friends and family were there to help them celebrate her upcoming arrival. Big sister, Brookelynn was especially excited! She and Mom wore the sweetest matching flower crowns.

Was there a theme? What was the decor like?

Kathy: The theme was “Little Lambs.” The shower was decorated with precious little vintage and plush lambs, gorgeous roses and babies breath with touches of greenery. The colors were a very soft rosy pink and creamy white. The cookies, cake pops, and cake were also a little lamb theme. They were not only adorable, but they were also delicious! Guests were treated to a biscuit bar with all the fixings, as well as chicken & waffles prepared by The Bakery Box. You can only imagine what a huge hit this was!

How did the parents react during the baby shower?

From Savannah Jensen, Mom: We absolutely loved every little detail! We were blown away by all of the beautiful little intricate details that went in to making this shower fit Annalyn’s nursery theme perfectly.

Did the baby receive any specific gifts that were very thoughtful or special?

Kathy: Annalyn received a personalized bible with a little lamb on the front from the Mom’s church family, Greenbrier United Methodist Church. She also received the sweetest little monogrammed coming home outfit.

Is there anything else you’d like to share?

Kathy: Being the party designer, plus Mimi to sweet little Annalyn, I kept her nursery theme in mind when planning and purchasing decor items. Almost every single piece was incorporated in her precious nursery.

And then… there were four!
