Tell us about Taziki’s! How long have you been in business?
Lindsay: Our first Nashville Taziki’s location opened up in Cool Springs 9 years ago. Since then, we have opened 8 more locations around the middle TN area, with hopes of growing even more. Our most recent location is in Henderonsville. We are a fast-casual Mediterranean concept that specialized in bold flavors and fresh ingredients.
What made you want to work with families?
Lindsay: We have a kids menu and welcome families in our doors because we want to have an environment that welcomes anyone and everyone! We always want to be a place where you feel welcome and look forward to returning to again.
What is the philosophy behind Taziki’s?
Lindsay: At Taziki’s, we’ve created a place free from the noise of the world and the fast pace of our busy lives. We’ve created a time to reconnect over refreshing Mediterranean flavors. Through all these years, and the addition of new Taziki’s across the country, we’ve become a family of big-hearted foodies committed to making an impact in our communities. Our mission statement is to create an environment that combines extraordinary food with meaningful human connection.
What are your strengths compared to other restaurants and caterers?
Lindsay: Everything at Taziki’s is prepared fresh for our guests every day. All produce and meats are hand-prepped every morning. All dressings and sauces are make from scratch daily in-house. We don’t have fryers, freezers, or microwaves, and love to deliver fresh, tasty products our guests can trust! We also source our tomatoes, cucumbers, and potatoes locally from Cul2vate Farms in Crieve Hall!
What attracts parents to work with you?
Lindsay: The healthy aspect to our menu, as well as our environment and kids menu. We welcome children and families and love to serve them!
What are some cool new and innovative trends you’ve seen in the food industry?
Lindsay: I’ve learned that in restaurant marketing, people love to see the people behind the brand and the behind-the-scenes snippets. Therefore we love to showcase our team, what prep looks like, catering, etc.!
Is there anything else you’d like to share about Taziki’s?
Lindsay: Catering is a huge aspect of our brand. We have trained catering professionals who deliver our product right to you and set it up! Whether it’s a baby shower, wedding, graduation party, business lunch, or anything in between, we’ve done it all!
