Want to see something cute? This dinosaur first birthday party is absolutely aROARable! With help from Romance & Rust, Avery’s celebration came together with ease. Decorations including dinosaur cut-outs, a vibrant balloon arch, and a table filled with colorfully personalized treats created a fun vibe. Avery even enjoyed the sweetness of her delicious cake from The Bakery Box with dino nuggets also on the menu.
Tell us all about the planning for the birthday party!
Kathy of Romance and Rust: We knew this dinosaur loving little sweetie had to have a first birthday party that reflected her colorful personality. She absolutely loves dinosaurs, probably influenced by your big sister, Presley. We chose bright colors in pink, purple, teal, yellow and green. The cake and cupcakes, along with the adorable cookies perfectly matched the theme. We had so much fun making Avery’s party Dino-mite!

Did you do a cake smash? What was the cake flavor and what did your child do when you presented her with the cake?
Kathy: Yes, her dino embellished cake by The Bakery Box was vanilla with butter cream frosting. She was a little shy about digging in at first, but once she tasted the sweet goodness, she was all about it!
