Tell us about LullaBy Veronia. How long have you been in business?
Veronica: LullaBy Veronica is about helping tired families get better sleep; a family works better when everyone is well-rested and in a good mood. I help parents by giving them the tools they need to teach their little ones how to fall asleep on their own. I have been working on this for about a year and a half now,, 6 months ago I got my certification as a Gentle Sleep Coach and start working on LullaBy Veronica as a business.
What made you want to work with babies and parents?
Veronia: My own experience and background. I have a BA in psychology and a huge interest in learning, when my own daughter started having problems with sleep I started reading and learning about it. After I got the help I needed and someone coached me through the process, my family was so happy and well-rested that I wanted to help other families and babies feel this way.
What is the philosophy behind LullaBy Veronica?
Veronica: Every family and every baby is unique. Every consultation, every sleep plan, and every training is different; sleep plans are individualized, and we build it together so that you are 100% comfortable with what you are doing.
What are your strengths compared to other sleep professionals?
Veronica: As a psychologist, I’ve been working a lot on coaching; my favorite part of every case is understanding the parents’ needs and concerns and let them know that they are the experts with their own children. I’m just here to help them!
What attracts parents to work with you?
Veronica: The flexibility that comes with every sleep plan, respecting cultural differences, and unique family dynamics.
