Tell us about Party Up Balloon Co! How long have you been in business?
Dani: I started this business in early 2022 when a friend hired me to create a balloon garland on a ring stand for a Galentine’s event she was hosting. Since then, I have done extensive training to bring the best trends and techniques to my creations. My main focus is customized, organic balloon garlands, but we also provide balloon arches and columns, helium bouquets, balloon towers, centerpieces, balloon drops, and anything else balloon-related you may think of. If you can dream it, we can create it!
What made you want to work with parents/families/kids/babies?
Dani: What is better than celebrating your baby?? Whether it’s for a baby shower or birthday party, children deserve to be celebrated. As someone who consistently asks for balloons for my birthday (until I opened this business of course), I firmly believe that balloons bring joy and happiness to any situation. That is what I am here to do!
What is the philosophy behind Party Up Balloon Co?
Dani: Party Up Balloon Co. is dedicated to providing creative and unique balloon décor that brings joy and happiness to any event, while striving to contribute to the Nashville and world community.
What are your strengths compared to others in your category?
Dani: It is my goal to tailor your balloons to your specific celebration. You are unique, your event is unique, so your balloons should be too! I work to maximize your budget and get your the most beautiful balloons that make a statement.
What attracts parents to work with you?
Dani: I LOVE themes and love to let my creativity and imagination flow within your chosen theme. Your party will have all the kids excited and all the other parents saying WOW! I am communicative and detailed all the way through the process.
Is there anything else you’d like to share about Party Up Balloon Co?
Dani: Opening Party Up Balloon Co. has been one of the best decisions I have ever made. For over 35 years, my grandparents owned a prominent party store in my hometown of Reno, Nevada, and every family member worked there at some point. It was actually my first job as a child! For years, I have watched the women in my family excel at creating unique events and silk floral designs, but I never felt like that was my strength. I have always loved balloons, and when I started to see these intricate ways balloons were being used to create a true art piece, I knew I wanted to start doing it too.
