We’ve seen a lot of beautiful newborn sessions. But none of them contain a professionally styled feminine and organic nursery design quite like this! Vivian’s mom, Bree, is the owner and founder of Esteelo, an online fashion and interior styling company. It only made sense that she infused her expertise into creating the most relaxing and adorably trendy space for her baby girl. From the larger pieces to the smaller details, every inch of the space was perfectly planned and was such a great setting for Maria Gloer Photography to document some of baby Vivian’s first moment. Bree meticulously planned and styled their home, and especially Vivian’s nursery for her newborn session and it couldn’t be more perfect. You can see how the aesthetic seamlessly coordinates between their wardrobes and each room to create a cohesive and timeless look.

For our home, I focused on a neutral, earthy palette with interesting elements such as unique lighting and antiques. Vivian’s room is exactly that: a bright, neutral space with fun accents like the Mushie cotton bunting over the glider, a Maileg dollhouse, and antique mini chairs throughout for her lovies to perch upon. As for lighting, we went with a vintage-inspired milk glass and matte black flush mount that gives off the perfect glow in baby’s room! It’s a space we feel she can grow into easily too. As for our outfits, we kept them neutral with pops of pastels and cotton knits to match.
