Jennifer Cooke Photography Newborn Session

Adorable Newborn Session in Franklin with a Special Cameo

Welcoming a new member into the family is a momentous occasion, and Eloise Mae’s newborn session in Franklin perfectly highlights this joy. In the comfort of Michelle and Tim’s home, their four children gathered to embrace their adorable new sibling. The family’s loyal dog even made a heartwarming appearance, adding a special touch to the session. As the day progressed, the session moved outdoors during golden hour, providing a soft, natural backdrop that beautifully framed this growing family’s love and togetherness. Jennifer Cooke Photography truly encapsulated these precious moments in timeless, heartfelt images.

From the photographer, Jennifer:

Photographing Eloise Mae’s newborn session was a joy and an honor! I’ve known the Thomas family for a few years now since we met in Franklin, TN at New River Fellowship back in 2022. So when Michelle and Tim reached out to me and asked me to photograph their newborn baby girl, I was just so excited! Eloise was absolutely adorable to photograph, and all her siblings (Kennedy, Riley, Logan, & Parker) were overjoyed to have another little sibling to look after! This child is so loved and blessed to have such a wonderful family who cares for her so deeply!

Michelle and I chose to photograph Eloise’s newborn session in their beautiful Franklin, TN home. And while Michelle was very much enjoying her time with her newborn baby, she’s also an incredible mother to all her children and a wonderful wife to her husband, Tim! And Tim is an incredible father who works hard to provide for and love on all of his children. These five children are blessed to have such amazing parents!

During our time together, we posed Eloise in this cute little white basket along with her pink swaddle and white blanket. Some of my favorite images are of her in the white basket wrapped up all cuddly in her pink swaddle. Michelle specifically requested a few photos of Eloise in the basket against the wood floor, so we definitely made that happen for her! And while we were still in their living room, their dog, Reece, popped in to smile for a photo!

Michelle and Tim also wanted a photo of each of their other four children holding Eloise, so we took turns having each of the children hold Eloise and my was this adorable to see! Baby Eloise was especially exciting for the youngest girl, Kennedy, to hold because now she has a little sibling to help care for and nurture over the years! Both Eloise’s siblings and her parents just love her so much, and it’s so incredible to witness this new miracle of life!

Before our session ended, we stepped outside to take a few family portraits in the gorgeous golden hour sunlight. It was hot outside, but they were all such troopers! Michelle and Tim are just so unbelievably blessed to have a fifth child as beautiful as little Eloise is, and I’m just so excited to watch Eloise Mae grow up alongside her siblings!
