Tell us all about the new direction for Piece of Mind Events!
Shardé: For the last four years I have worked just about any event you can imagine, from weddings in Napa to a couture dog show here in Nashville! However, what I have learned is that my true passion is birthday parties! I love to celebrate this type of event so much that I have decided to focus just on those celebrations!
What lead to this decision to focus solely on birthday parties?
Shardé: What led me to this choice really comes from my childhood. When I was a child, I used to plan my own parties. In January, I was telling my mom about the theme for my June party. She never got a chance to throw me my own party when I got older. I also even started helping with other parties too! I also donate shelters to Safe Haven Family Shelter and they bring me so much joy! So it just made sense to focus on what makes me happy!
What ages are you planning birthday parties for?
Shardé: I am planning parties for clients of all ages, from 7 to 77! Everyone should be celebrated on their special day!
How big or small of a party do you help plan?
Shardé: There is no size requirement on the types of parties! I love them all
What elements of the party do you help coordinate?
Shardé: I offer full and partial planning services for parties! Also, I can provide supplies only and event design as well that is all about decor!
Is there anything else you’d like to share about birthdays with Piece of Mind Events?
Shardé: I now offer birthday destination management for clients who are heading to Nashville to celebrate! I have had clients from all over who ask me to help with their weekend party plans!
