Ten little fingers and ten little toes stole the show during this in-home lifestyle newborn session from Five Pence Photography. Baby Nora was a bundle of joy as she posed with her mom and dad in the cutest of ways. The best part? She stayed awake for the entire session! Tell us all about the family!
Bethany: Craig is a commanding officer at Fort Campbell, Ky and an Apache Pilot. Clare was pregnant and delivered during this Covid-19 pandemic.
Why did they decide to do the shoot now?
Bethany: Baby Nora is their first child, and Clare didn’t want to miss the opportunity to have the first days photographed.
What was the concept for your shoot? What was your vision?
Bethany: My heart is in “In-Home” sessions, I fully believe that is where our hearts are and our story, and family photography is nothing if not story-telling.
How did the kids react during the photo shoot?
Bethany: Well, baby Nora was awake the whole time! Personally, I’ve had so many babies be awake during a session I’ve gotten to where I prefer it. I feel it gives more personality to the session.
Were there any challenges along the way?
Bethany: I did my best at staying a safe distance and wore a mask during this in-home session.
